The Personal Access Line (PAL) is at your service 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. All you need for easy, anytime account access is a touch-tone phone and an authorization code provided by your Credit Union.
With PAL the following services are at your fingertips:
- Check balances on your accounts;
- Transfer money;
- Get current year and prior year interest information on your checking & savings accounts;
- Verify status of a loan application;
- Find out which checks have cleared your checking account;
- Check current loan and savings rates;
- Have a check drawn from your account and mailed to you;
- Determine the posting date of your last payroll deduction;
- And so much more!
Helpful Hints for PAL:
- Use the asterisk (*) for the decimal in dollar amounts ($50.75 would be 50*75);
- Use zeros to show no cents (50*00);
- Minimum check withdrawal is $20;
- Minimum Daily Action and Money Market Advantage Account withdrawal is $500;
- When using PAL, your Daily Action and Money Market Advantage Accounts are considered a checking account;
- To return to the previous menu press #;
- To repeat your choices press *;
- Write down your reference number after completing the transaction.
