Payment Systems Manager
Position Summary:
Ensure that the Card Services and Central Operation Departments support the overall goals of the Credit Union and that said services are delivered professionally and efficiently. Develop and implement effective card and ATM processing policies and procedures. Develop and implement central operations policies and procedures and manage central operation department. Effectively supervise department staff, ensuring optimal performance. Establish and maintain effective and professional business relationships with vendors, credit union staff, management, and professional trade groups. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Internal applications are due to Human Resources by Friday February 26 th at 5:00 p.m.Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or finance strongly preferred, or 10 years of combined accounting and card processing experience. Two to three years of progressive related experience, preferably in a financial institution. Significant supervisory experience required.

Mortgage Loan Manager
Position Summary: Ensure compliance with requirements of secondary market as set by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and various private mortgage insurance companies. Manage the Mortgage Loan Department, to include increasing volume, quality and yield of the mortgage and home equity loan portfolio while maintaining professionalism in member service through outside sales and business development. Supervise department employees which include loan originators, loan processors, loan closers, and loan servicers, ensuring optimal performance. Develop and implement effective mortgage and home equity loan products, policies and procedures. Ensure that professional business relations exist with credit union employees, management, members and business professionals. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Position Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required. College coursework in business and finance strongly preferred, and bachelor’s degree preferred. Five to seven years of progressive mortgage lending experience. Secondary market experience preferred. Management and supervisory experience without guidance.
